The HRBP- Innovation will collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and drive the people strategy for the innovation concepts and tests with the outlook for future standardized and scalable rollout through the development and implementation of HR programs including talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, organizational design and change management, retention, and engagement.
This role requires a creative, thoughtful and methodical approach to HR, talent and culture programs and systems. The ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage and enrich the full-cycle employee experience within a fast-paced startup environment and utilize unconventional and advanced sourcing channels like social media and networking.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience
5-7 years' human resources management/HRBP experience
Proven ability to develop strong strategic working relationships with leaders and act as a strategic partner on all people-related decisions with ability and desire to execute on strategy
Experience and proficiency with talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, organizational design and change management, retention, performance management and engagement.
Strong abilities in root cause analysis and ideating and successfully implementing effective solutions.
Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on delivering strategic objectives.
Proactive, with the ability to work independently setting own priorities and objectives with supervisory consultation.
Ability to proactively identify themes and trends to complex issues, and ideate solutions, influence and partner with implementation and resolution.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player, people leader and creative problem solver comfortable with uncertainty.
Start-up experience preferred
Passion for boutique fitness/class fitness environment preferred
Develop and implement strategies to meet changing business and talent needs to support the achievement of company and team goals from proof of concept to test, pilot and scale.
Manage the HR function within the innovation channels for the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to talent and performance management through off-boarding.
Work closely with leaders and HR centers of excellence to create, implement and manage the people strategies to align with business objectives.
Lead and support company change management initiatives and serve as a catalyst to ensure changes are implemented to align communication, behavior, and infrastructure to support.
Work systematically to diagnose problems, analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions for HR-related business issues. Develop creative and innovative solutions for improvement.
Provide forward-looking counsel, coaching, and creative solutions that enhance the individual, team, and organizational performance.
Have a pulse on team culture and trends and proactively advise and influence leaders in the planning and development of specific team member engagement. Strategies to address, implement, and maintain a highly engaged team and culture.
Develop our leaders and their leadership capabilities to build high-performing teams and organizations. Proactively identify opportunities and gaps and provide guidance on practical courses of action.
Minimum 25% travel required
