Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, the Sr. Manager of Field Communications develops and manages field-facing communication programs and events that drive employee engagement for our 7,000+ in-club team members in support of the company's internal communications strategy and broader business objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced storyteller and strategist with the ability to bring our mission- To Create a Healthier, Happier World to life as well as communicate a variety of business priorities in a cohesive, compelling way that informs and inspires our field team.
