The Corporate Strategy, Transformation, and Innovation group serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, business partners, and ownership groups by providing thought partnership, strategic analysis, and insights. The (Sr) Manager role is responsible for leading and delivering actionable, insightful, high impact contributions across a range of strategic projects. The core focus of the position is to deliver insights in order to drive strategic initiatives, both internally and externally, as well as provide up-to-date trends across the competitive landscape and industry. The (Sr) Manager works in a team setting, is responsible for driving projects to completion, and builds relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Enterprise Analytics & BOD Material Development (30%):

  • Lead high priority cross-functional analytics projects from start to finish with business leaders across the organization.

  • Spearhead consumer research and lead analysis in order to develop actionable insights to drive strategic priorities that create value for the company

  • Develop external materials for ELT presentations to the board of directors and other 3rd parties.

  • Be part of the "center of excellence" on analysis and supporting the development of critical KPIs and reporting dashboards used in evaluating business and program effectiveness

Strategy:

  • Develops in conjunction with senior leadership, including ELT, the refinement of the updated

24HF Value Creation Plan (i.e., OGSM) (50%):

  • Lead specific initiatives across the 24HF OGSM

  • Provide thought leadership for the 24HF strategy and long-term roadmap annually

  • Partner with Finance and Club Operations to develop the annual operating plan

  • Identify new process improvement opportunities aimed at driving growth and create shareholder value

  • Assist functional leads in the creation of operational and tactical plans to support strategy

  • Leads and supports high-value projects and workstreams across initiatives identified by the 24HF Executive team along with the strategy team

  • Quarterbacks the prioritization and management of critical projects across the business

  • Contributes to the sizing and prioritization of initiatives to drive major strategy decisions

  • Assist development of robust project plans, help determine key questions, deliverables and outcomes to assist the execution of strategy

  • Help track progress to ensure results delivery

M&A and Strategic Partnerships (20%):

  • Partake in M&A and other potential material investment assessments

  • Support strategic partnerships through recommending potential models and scenario analysis that will drive the decision for the best course of action for the business.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Superior project management skills and ability to drive results from start to finish

  • Strong analytical toolkit including the ability to develop, run and create output in excel

  • Ability to simplify complex/abstract ideas for others and gain support even when challenged

  • Independent thinker and self-starter with a positive, team-orientated attitude

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills as the position requires working with diverse teams with several workstreams

  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrable success of working well in teams as interaction and cooperation with many groups and functions across the organization are essential

  • Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or another applicable field(s)

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 1.5 years of consulting or relevant industry related experience at a Top Tier Firm, ideally with project work in growth strategy, transformation, pricing, vendor negotiations, innovation, multi-unit retail and/or private equity.

Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions

  • Must work on a computer for extended periods of time.

  • Normal day-to-day business operations including using a keyboard, walking, bending and reaching.

Travel Requirement

  • Travel will be 20-30% of the role but will vary depending on requirements.

  • Ability to travel to field locations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Level/Certifications

  • Master's Degree

Work Experience and Qualification

  • Prior experience working with Bain, BCG, or McKinsey consulting.
