You’re excited about this role because you will:

  • Create innovative learning solutions to support the professional development of a diverse network of team members. You’ll collaborate with other Learning & Development team members, business leaders, and stakeholders to strategize learning methods and develop content that delivers an outstanding learning experience.

  • Own and support the creation and management of our training content from start to finish. From inception to implementation to evaluating training impact, you hold the key to planning and developing new courses, providing graphic assets, copywriting, developing multimedia, and assessing learner retention.

  • Leverage your expertise in learning theory and design while challenging status quo. You will reinvent best practices to develop innovative, scalable learning solutions. You know how to take complex, sometimes mixed messages from multiple stakeholders and transform them into simple, fun, and clear learning solutions.

You’ll spend your days:

  • Participating in discovery sessions to surface root causes, learner needs, preferences, and gaps. You’ll apply foundational instructional design theories and practices while experimenting with innovative methods and modalities to engage learners.

  • Connecting and developing meaningful relationships with business partners from all corners of the brand, including marketing, fitness, inclusion and diversity leadership teams, and operations. You'll partner with subject matter experts and target audiences/end-users to gather information needed to conduct a needs assessment of the learning and development content.

  • Designing content and curriculum to meet identified learning and development needs using instructional design methodologies that deliver on current trends, best practices, and innovative ways to deliver, measure, and assess learning.

  • Have a degree or commensurate experience in Instructional Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field, or commensurate experience. It's also a plus if you are proficient in common learning authoring tools (i.e. Adobe & Articulate) and LMS platforms and have experience in implementing blended learning programs and communities of practice into a cohesive learning journey.
