JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Sr. Director, HRIS, this position is responsible for leading the analytical and consultative support regarding 24 Hour Fitness' people data. The Sr. HRIS Reporting Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams (Human Resources, Operations, Fitness, Group X, Finance, IT) in the roadmap, analysis, report creation, and delivery of reporting solutions to help drive company performance. This role will support leadership in their goal of leveraging people data to drive company performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Analysis and Reporting

  • Develop reporting and analytic strategies based on company projects and initiatives.

  • Develop and support a report intake/request process to ensure report/data needs are being met and drive specific business outcomes.

  • Develops and routinely creates reports containing business metrics including turnover, staffing, productivity (sales, operational, financial), and other reports as needed.

  • Identify and analyze trends to make recommendations based on those findings.

  • Lead execution of standard reporting (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly) to senior management, and publish other ad hoc research findings.

  • Prepare detailed complex models as needed based on projects and initiatives.

  • Assist the business in the facilitation of survey tools as needed for people data projects.

  • Act as the people data subject matter expert to third party consultants for all HR related data request.

  • Prepare summaries and executive analyses as needed.

  • Support HRIS in operational data integrity and support in maintaining HR data sets.

  • Translates business needs into functional requirements.

Data Maintenance and Governance

  • Assist in the development of the HR data roadmap to ensure that data is being leveraged, stored and secured appropriately.

  • Assist with requests for HR related data and ensure proper access is maintained.

  • Manipulate unstructured, semi-structured and structured data from disparate sources to provide reporting for regular production and ad hoc requests.

  • Lead the consolidation, storage and usage of HR data from internal and external sources.

  • Create, update and maintain translation tables and data joins as needed.

  • Responsible for data integrity and ensures deliverables are adequately reviewed for accuracy.

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS

This role reports to the Sr. Director, HRIS and will be an integral part of the team working to build innovative solutions and intelligence capabilities for 24 Hour Fitness. This role will also have regular interactions with key leaders of the organization. This role will provide critical information to the HR department and its business partners and will be required to interact with various functions within the company, up to and including senior executives. This position will not have any direct reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Advanced statistical analysis skills and experience working with complex data models.

· Advanced Excel skills including VBA, macros and other complex logic-based formulas.

· Strong PowerPoint skills that can present at all levels of leadership.

· Strong verbal and written communications skills.

· Proven ability to communicate technical business requirements to non-technical end users.

· Ability to lead projects without direct authority.

· Ability to work independently, on multiple tasks with excellent time management and organization skills.

· Ability to interact with all levels of employees with a positive attitude of customer service.

· Ability to be flexible in changing work priorities.

· Strong knowledge of HCM, Talent and Payroll systems.

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, other applicable field or 6+ years of relevant experience.

· 3+ years of experience working with complex datasets, queries, reports or leading system implementations.

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications

· 6+ years related experience in business or financial analysis.

· Work is performed in a business office environment.

· Infrequent travel by air or car may be required (10%).

· Knowledge of Access, SQL

· Experience with Tableau, Azure, Power BI or other BI Dashboard tool

Work Experience and Qualification

· Multi-unit experience supporting Human Resources and other business partners in different geographic locations.

· PeopleSoft/Oracle experience.

· ADP Vantage experience.
