The Partnerships and Product Manager identifies, evaluates, and executes partnership opportunities within the Retail department. This position is responsible for ensuring an optimal retail assortment within the 24Store, while identifying and managing opportunities to expand and enhance the business. The Partnerships and Product Manager position requires a strong balance between strategy and execution to maintain relationships while upholding measurable sales, margin, GMROI, and Opex goals.

- New Business Opportunities
Utilize data analytics, customer feedback, and industry insights to identify and assess new retail offerings or partnerships.
Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with key vendors and business partners.
Lead the strategy and design of partner contracts. 30%
- Partnership Management
Create, communicate, and uphold strategic plans with partners and key vendors to meet revenue, margin, and Opex goals.
Work cross- functionally to develop operating models or other means of business integration for new partnerships.
Develop and maintain marketing initiatives that support business partner operations.
Understand 24HF business strategic priorities and leverage internal partnerships to drive engagement and sales across all departments.
Provide input and perspective on field strategies and tactics that can be leveraged to support business.
Visits clubs to gauge success of strategies in place and to gain actionable feedback. 50%
- Core Assortment Management
Leverage distribution partner(s) to maintain relevant/ on trend assortment that meets sales, margin, and GMROI goals.
As needed, maintain one on one relationships with key brands to uphold optimal cost/assortment availability.
Reviews and shop competition and attend trade shows to ensure 24HF assortment is relevant and priced appropriately. 20%
This position regularly works with the Retail, Strategy, Club Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Fitness departments to develop business plans, ensure relevant partnerships, and ensure smooth operations.
