JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Program Manager will be responsible for leading the re-imagination and design of sourcing programs to support candidate attraction and pipeline across various levels, roles, and markets. These programs would include, but are not limited to, University Relations, Military, Alumni, Employee Referral, Diversity and Fitness Certification partnerships. Provide strategic development of processes and implementation of effective best practices, new partnerships, and innovative sourcing outreach campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  1. Create and Manage Sourcing Programs
  • Design and enable proactive, scalable talent recruitment strategies that meet current and future business needs.

  • Conduct market research and review industry trends to identify mechanisms, approach and prioritization of attraction outreach efforts.

  • Develop the necessary relationships with leaders, organizations and other prospective partners to execute our outreach strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with TA operations, marketing and field leadership teams.

  • Manage and select vendor relationships to meet or exceed SLAs and optimize performance of programs.

  • Responsible for developing training for delivery to TA team, HR partners and field leadership as it relates to leveraging the developed program resources.

  • Design and implement best practices and procedures for club partnerships with local Universities, military bases, and other outreach programs in market.

  • Create and launch a new Employee Referral Program, University Relations and Alumni Network.

  • Motivate and develop a team of temporary Field Recruiters/Sourcers as needed supporting in-club hiring and execution of in-market recruitment practices (i.e. coordinate career fairs).

  1. Project Management
  • Ensure the effective implementation of strategic initiatives by driving the program management process, including planning, delivery and monitoring.

  • Develop/recommend projects to improve candidate pipeline volume and quality.

  • Focus on the development of partnerships with diversity, military, college/university and fitness certification partners to provide quality applicants for entry level through management positions.

  • Serve as subject matter expert and liaison with training partners in the creation of new or maintenance/updating of existing training programs around talent attraction.

  • Support the development and roll out of new programs and staffing initiatives.

  • Assist in the development of our employer brand story and delivery to attract talent.

  • Special projects as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Extensive experience developing and managing cost-effective sourcing programs and strategies (i.e. University, Military, Alumni, Referral, etc.)

  • Advanced knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes.

  • Experience in the launch and optimization of processes and programs.

  • An analytical and strategic mindset where you can quickly determine cost-benefit analysis of time and resources to identify high-impact initiatives.

  • Experience delivering end to end recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Change management experience with a Talent Acquisition focus.

  • Working knowledge of hiring management systems and job boards.

  • Vendor Management experience.

  • Understanding of staffing operating procedures, guidelines and legal requirements as they apply to compliance in employment practices and applicant tracking.

  • Working knowledge of Federal, State and local labor laws.

  • Strong technical skills and abilities with project management, creative development, critical thinking and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to lead and manage others.

  • Ability to present ideas and training programs in front of small and large groups.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient software skills: MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.

  • Proficient in social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube).

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • 2+ years of experience with Management of Talent Acquisition Programs (University, Referral, Alumni or other).

Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions

  • Telephone usage to communicate with internal and external customers.

  • Sitting: frequent sedentary work.

  • Viewing computer monitor: average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare documents, enter data and read reports.

  • Keyboarding: use of fingers to make small movements such as typing.

  • Work is performed in a normal business office environment.

  • Extended workdays may occur.

Travel Requirement

  • Must be able to travel by car and airplane.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, skills & abilities

  • Experience with the creation and program design of University Relations, Employee Referral and Alumni Networks.

  • Strong consultative skills including ability to persuade and negotiate.

  • Knowledge of ADP Recruiting Management.

Educational Level/Certifications

  • SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR).

Work Experience and Qualification

  • Experience in project management.

  • Experience supervising.
