Work with the Creative Director and Marketing Managers to maintain and continue to grow brand creative. Work on projects from print to web and digital and collaborate with other members of the marketing team. In a fast-paced environment, you will deliver outstanding visuals ranging from poster/large format, social posts, photo retouching, print collateral, web graphics, ads, email, and more. Designers are ready for hands-on projects at every stage of the lifecycle, from brainstorming creative concepts with the project team, file management and organization, utilize existing templates and brand styles, producing print-ready production files, and interact cross-functionally with other departments. You will have the opportunity to collaborate, learn, and give opinions with the goal of continually moving the brand above and beyond.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Create, follow and update creative executions within the 24HF brand look and feel.
Clearly communicate design thought behind creative executions to Creative Director and Marketing Managers.
Strategize and ideate concepts and designs with Marketing Managers.
Complete design projects from start to finish; from initial concept to final files, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts that adhere to brand guidelines and parameters of the Creative Brief.
Create high resolution, print-ready, digital mechanicals.
Manage and archive job files.
Manage on-screen color correction and image editing.
Produce comps and boards for presentations.
Support Creative Director & Sr. Graphic Designer in company branding system.
Problem solve design issues with team and Marketing Managers.
Maintain company communication and brand objectives through all advertising and creative.
Practice and reinforce file management protocol, naming conventions, produce and maintain digital archives.
Communicate with outside vendors to ensure consistency of company's brand.
Attend and contribute to departmental meetings.
Work with other designers and the Associate Creative Director throughout the creative/production process to maintain the highest level of creativity and accuracy with regard to branding. Interacts with vendors, brokers and printers to provide digital files and ensure print jobs are completed accurately and timely. Must work in cooperation with marketing team members and be involved in strategy as well as design/production.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere.
Regularly and consistently produce compelling design and layout concepts that support various marketing channels (website, landing pages, email, social media, display, paid search, press releases, video, events, print, TV, etc.) to attract, communicate, nurture, and retain our various audiences
Ability to adhere to mechanical standards and have the technical skills to apply that knowledge.
Knowledge of Mac systems; advanced knowledge of digital reproduction, and pre-press delivery formats.
Intermediate ability to photo edit imagery for concept, comp, and for print production.
Thorough understanding of image formats (EPS, TIF, GIF, JPEG, PDF), graphic compression tools and their use.
Strong design and production capabilities to deliver print-ready artwork.
Detail oriented; flexible and creative.
Strong organization, project and time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent time management skills and sensitivity to deadlines.
Ability to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and assist other designers in production related tasks. Ability to use feedback to modify designs.
Strong written and oral communication and listening skills.
Ability to assist other designers to achieve cost-effective file construction.
Ability to trouble shoot, back up and maintain a Mac network.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Educational Level/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of graphic design work experience (in-house creative team and/or studio/agency).
Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions
- Must be able to work on site full time.
