You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:
Develop highly collaborative relationships with the RVP and District Managers within the region, providing strategic counsel, feedback, and coaching to field leadership.
Lead the enhancement of team capabilities for the region through talent assessment, development, and forward-thinking organizational planning -- workforce planning, bench strength, succession planning.
Develop, influence, and implement a regional culture strategy that positions the company and team as a great place to work.
Act as a senior subject matter expert in strategic company initiatives and guide business leaders and HRBPs in implementation.
You'll spend your days:
Work closely with regional and district business leaders to help create, implement and manage the people strategies to align with business objectives.
Lead and develop a highly functioning HR Business Partner that partners strategically with district and club leadership.
Work systematically to diagnose problems, analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions for HR related business issues. Develop creative and innovative solutions for improvement.
Lead and support company change management initiatives and serve as a catalyst to ensure changes are implemented with appropriate attention on the change process and people element.
Have a pulse on team culture and trends and proactively advise and influence leaders in the planning and development of specific team member engagement strategies to address, implement, and maintain a highly engaged team and culture.
We're excited about you because you:
You have prior experience in an HR Director or higher-level role with a HR Generalist or Business Partner background
Proven ability to develop strong strategic working relationships with leaders and act as a strategic partner on people related decisions.
Strong abilities in root cause analysis and ideating and successfully implementing effective solutions.
Skilled at focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, identifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
Thrive in a fast paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on delivering strategic objectives.
You are excited to engage with people and have the ability to travel as needed visiting clubs with in the region (travel is estimated at one week per month)
