-Set new and stretching goals for yourself and your team with relevant metrics to achieve beyond what is expected. Build a high-performing team and bench plan designed to achieve, exceed, and sustain business results and create an environment that fosters the conditions for success.
-Communicate, lead by example, and motivate the team to understand, develop a passion for and implement a culture that reflects the company brand, values, and strategy.
-Establish priorities and goals, including revenue targets for membership, fitness & labor, hiring and staffing, team member engagement, development and retention, and others.
You'll spend your days:
-Providing consistent leadership, guidance, and accountability for direct reports through training, coaching, planning sessions, and performance reviews.
-Recognizing good performance and excellent results while taking appropriate corrective measures when necessary.
-Participating in and providing input into the development of the Region's P&L and operating plan; partnering with your District Managers to ensure that they proactively develop thorough business plans, and ensuring the team executes the initiatives and plans as designed by setting regular performance checkpoints.
-Providing guidance on the company operating budget and approving discretionary expenditures (within set guidelines) for all districts within the region.

Bring with you:
-7+ years of progressive retail store experience with at least 3-5 years' multi-unit management experience.
-3+ years of District/Regional management experience, including managing a P&L in a multi-unit environment.
Travel and Availability
-Must be able to travel (by car or plane) up to 50% of the time to visit clubs, connect with other leaders, attend training events, and other business-related travel.
-Full-time, with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays to best serve our member community

Also accountable for consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to member and team members, contracted providers and vendors.
