A Senior Director represents all elements of the D&A CoE and fosters strong relationships with clients in other BUs and within the team. They provide oversight across the CoE's portfolio of projects.
-Responsible for project and team leadership
-Leads large and complex projects

-Develops strong relationships with clients in other BUs
-Fills Product Owner role
Lead, grow and develop data & analytics team
Implement a strategy to improve analytics maturity and drive adoption of data-driven decision making across 24HF
Leverage industry best practices, internal partners and other stakeholders to develop, align, and analyze data to make it a competitive differentiator
Create a dialogue with ELT focused on business impact
Drive collaboration between Data & Analytics and other teams across 24HF
Act as Product Owner for D&A team * Own data governance
Key Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience working on ETL, data modeling, business intelligence architecture
Demonstrate expertise in data modeling, database maintenance, monitoring and performance tuning on SQL Server, MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Experience building self-service reporting solutions using business intelligence software (e.g., OBIEE, Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
