24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to lead a team of developers and/or analysts to design, implement and deploy solutions meeting a variety of business requirements.

The candidate for this role should process functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM along with a good understanding of integration capabilities available in the product. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the Sales, Call Center, and Service capabilities along with an understanding of the Marketing capabilities. Candidates should have an understanding of key operational metrics and performance indicators used to manage the environment.

The candidate should be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements and align with the business strategy.

The manager will have the following key responsibilities (see detailed job description for a complete list):

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers to create solutions meeting a variety of business needs.

  • Ensure software engineers adhere to the prescribed software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Ensure the solutions are designed to meet and do achieve the performance, reliability and total cost goals of the company.

  • Manage & maintain relationships with Microsoft and other development partners

  • Provides solutions to complex business problems

  • Involved in setting direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.

  • Interacts with senior management on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience developing and managing enterprise scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM, C#, HTML and JavaScript

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

  • Proficiency in translating business requirements to technical requirements.

  • Strong understanding of scrum framework.

  • Strong understanding of application development processes and the tools and technologies required.

  • Excellent inter-personal skills.

  • Demonstrated experience with mentoring team members through 1 on 1 coaching.

  • Knowledge of Enterprise IT standards and practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Experience in hiring, leading, developing and motivating employees in a fast-paced, integrated team environment.

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS) or related degree

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience in leading software development teams
