JOB SUMMARY

The Retail Allocation Specialist executes weekly retail replenishment for all clubs / products coordinates the allocation and timing of all inventory deliveries for new/remodel clubs. He/she will take direction from the Sr. Planning Manager on weekly inventory replenishment needs or strategies to build into weekly orders. This position is also responsible for recapping weekly orders and inventory opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Product Allocation and Replenishment

  • With direction from the Sr. Planning Manager, execute writing weekly purchase orders to distribution partners to replenish all clubs' inventory

  • Execute weekly updates to club settings required to manage replenishment quantities in response to business needs.

Administrative and Reporting

  • Provide weekly reports that recap purchase order quantity, inventory availability, and any club areas of focus

  • Assist with manual inventory updates or PO invoicing questions as needed

  • Partner with Accounting to close Purchase Orders once fully received

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS

The Retail Allocation Specialist communicates with internal and external partners including Accounting, Operations, and Field Leaders. This position reports to directly to the Sr. Planning Manager, but will work closely with all facets of the Retail team.

  • Strong analytical skills are required as well as the ability to draw conclusions and opportunities from multiple data points.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Data entry accuracy.

  • Effective time management.

  • Ability to multi-task, self-motivated.

  • Ability to adjust to and manage continuous change.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to build partnerships.

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications

  • High School Diploma

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications

  • 1+ years in a retail environment

Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions

  • Work is performed in a standard office environment without unpleasant or hazardous conditions. Work entails typical physical demands involved in office work.

  • Regularly required to work standard office equipment (personal computer, photocopy machine, etc.).

  • Ability to work on a computer up to 8 hours a day.

  • Regularly required to sit for long periods of time, and occasionally stand and walk.

  • Close vision required for computer usage.

Benefits Summary

24 Hour Fitness offers benefit programs designed to meet the diverse needs of all team members, including health coverage, as well as Company paid benefits that are automatically provided at no cost, such as group life and accident insurance. There are eligibility requirements for each plan based on your position, hire and/or service date and your average hours worked. Benefit eligible team members may also accrue vacation hours. All 24 Hour Team members, and their eligible dependents, receive a complimentary membership.

Compensation Summary

All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.

Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).

Washington State : Receive 40 hours of sick time on your first day of employment. After 6 months of employment, accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours, inclusive of time carried over.

Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.

Salary range will vary based on geography of the applicant. Pay Range for Los Angeles, Orange County and Seattle: $48,070.00-$60,088.00 (Exempt), $23.11-$28.89 (Non-Exempt) Pay Range for Bay Area (California) & New York City (incl. New Jersey): $50,160.00-$62,700.00 (Exempt), $24.12-$30.14 (Non-Exempt) Pay Range for San Diego & Carlsbad (California) and all other locations: $45,144.00-$56,430.00 (Exempt), $21.70-$27.13 (Non-Exempt)
