The P.A.S.E. Leader (Manager) is responsible for the overall operations, maintenance, member experience and success of the P.A.S.E. Factor Premium HIIT studio. As the primary P.A.S.E. leader and brand ambassador, the P.A.S.E. Leader (Manager) will be responsible for creating a premium HIIT fitness experience for all P.A.S.E. members. The group training classes are based on well-known methodologies that incorporate premium fitness equipment, technology and heart rate monitoring with HIIT programming taught by high-caliber, high-energy instructors (i.e., coaches/P.A.S.E. Setters) to create an engaging and compelling boutique fitness experience. The P.A.S.E. Leader is a leader in the industry, shows initiative, always leads by example, and eagerly embraces the P.A.S.E. Factor vision to create the best member experience possible. Great sales skills, an excellent customer service orientation, and a relentless focus on member results and the member experience are essential to this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES Estimated % of Time Spent
Ensure personal attention is being provided by coaches during every workout with high energy and with the ability to multitask, participate as needed
Coach classes according to shifts/scheduling needs
Ensure coaches are explaining and demonstrating exercises in a manner that provides the best workout each and every time, while motivating members to reach their personal fitness goals; participate in classes as needed
Lead the team of P.A.S.E. Setters and conduct performance management activities 20%
Membership / package sales
Sell P.A.S.E. Factor memberships to existing 24 Hour Fitness members with a focus on total revenue brought in each month
Achieve monthly sales goals established with 24 Hour Fitness Strategy and Innovation leadership
Personalized and engaging lead generation/re-generation from the 24 Hour Fitness data base / active members and follow up to convert prospects into P.A.S.E. Factor studio members / clients
Maintain excellent customer service with current members: follow up with them to keep them engaged with the service and drive an exceptional member experience 60%
Work closely with 24 Hour Fitness leadership to hire, properly train, and motivate coaches
Drive the educational training, development, and performance review of employees in a timely manner, and help facilitate the latest knowledge in the fitness industry
Conduct monthly team trainings/meetings and inform employees of all marketing promotions and new policies, and provide guidance toward achieving individual career and company goals, etc.
Provide sales support and training to staff to maintain a high conversion rate
Manage work schedule for all employees
Ensure employees consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness and cleanliness and all studio cleanliness policies and protocols
Maintain the security and safety of the studio space within 24 Hour Fitness location, to include members and guest safety, and all confidential information, proprietary/company, and member information
Ensure the P.A.S.E. Factor Studio space is kept clean and all equipment organized and in working order at all times
Ensure all Opening & Closing Procedures are completed as scheduled and outlined 20%
This position will manage P.A.S.E. Setters (Coaches)
This position will support the onboarding, guidance and development of team members in the following positions:

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications
High School diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.).
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
Must have more than one year of experience in a customer service function. Retail environment preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for up to 8 hours. The employee occasionally sits, walks, kneels and reaches with hands and arms.
Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 45 lbs.
While performing the duties of this job, regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
The noise level in the environment is occasionally loud.
Extended workdays are a frequent occurrence, as are weekends and holidays as needed to support the business.
- Some travel may be required to attend meetings and trainings.
