JOB SUMMARY
The iCRYO RN administers a variety of services within the center including IV Infusions and Intramuscular (IM) Shots to deliver an array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. RNs a required to follow strict protocols and processes to ensure the safety and positive experience of our members. As a brand ambassador, an RN must be knowledgeable of all iCRYO products and services. The RN must also leverage experience and specialized education to provide professional consultation resulting in individualized wellness experiences for members.
As part of the iCRYO team, RNs also contribute to the overall cleanliness of the center, provide exceptional customer service, and participate in meeting team goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES Estimated % of Time Spent
Service Members
Perform professional consultations following iCRYO processes and safety protocols to assist members in achieving their wellness goals.
Deliver medical services based on clients' goals that are safe and appropriate based on individual needs.
Take vital signs, auscultating lung sounds and use intravenous catheter with aseptic technique.
Set expectations and communicate benefits of iCRYO medical and non-medical services to assist members in achieving/maintaining wellness goals.
Strictly follow doctor's orders, safety protocols, cleanliness, and processes to ensure a safe and positive experience for members.
Timely and accurately document member EMRs.
Consult with physicians as needed to ensure member safety and effectiveness of services. 70%
Sales & Operations
Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as required by iCRYO safety protocols and processes.
Contribute to individual and team sales goals by educating members on products and services and recommending appropriate memberships.
Assist with center operations as requested by Center Manager. 30%

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to the Center Manager (iCRYO) and interacts with all members of the iCRYO team and all levels of club staff.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to operate necessary medical equipment and devices.
Ability to take vital signs, auscultating lung sounds and use intravenous catheter with aseptic technique.
Ability to safely administer IV infusions and/or IM injections.
Demonstrate excellent customer services skills.
Minimum Educational Level/Certifications
Bachelor of Nursing degree
Active Registered Nurse license in the state for which the job exists, must be in good standing.
CPR/AED for Healthcare Provider certification.
ACLS certification.
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
At least 1-year of experience providing IV infusions and Intramuscular (IM) injections.
At least 1-year of experience operating in an RN capacity.
Previous med spa or IV services experience preferred.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions
Ability to access and operate company computer systems including: document preparation, data entry, EMR, read and interpret general and financial reports from a computer data base or email system
Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 20 pounds
Standing and/or walking for long periods
Work environment involves exposure to potentially dangerous materials and/or pathogens that require following extensive safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
Travel Requirement
- Minimum travel may be required for training or meeting purposes.

Compensation Summary
All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.
Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).
Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.
Pay Range: $40.08 - $40.08
FUNCTIONAL GROUP Fitness
